John Martinie leads development efforts at The Atkins Group, managing new construction, project planning, tenant improvements, capital repairs, and budget creation and implementation from concept to completion. He is also an Illinois-licensed real estate broker and the designated managing broker for our office. He brings depth of market knowledge and regulatory insight to the development side of the business. He’s known among colleagues for his focus on efficient design, sustainable growth, practical problem solving, and fostering relationships and partnerships that stretch beyond just one deal.
